Hi hiii! 🤍 Welcome to the #SponCon Substack where we’re going to chat all things creator economy, influencer marketing and talent management - all from the lense of an industry vet with over 12 years in the game!

Let’s do some quick intros!

My name is Molly and I’m the founder and CEO of VRAI, an award-winning boutique talent management agency representing a kickass roster of female creators. We specialize in OG bloggers/influencers in the motherhood, wellness and lifestyle space with a proven ability to drive revenue for their brand partners. I founded the agency in 2019 but my start in the influencer world began ages before that back in 2013! Can’t wait to meet all of you 🤗

I’ve dipped my toes in almost all sides of this business. I’ve worked agency side running influencer campaigns, worked in-house at a performance-driven brand and of course have been talent-side for the last 6 years. The only role I actually haven’t taken on is creator, which I guess maybe that’s changing now? Truth is, I never had a desire to be an influencer. I loathe getting my photo taken and I’ve always been more comfy behind the camera driving strategy. That said, I’ve always been a writer. I graduated with a journalism degree (don’t ask me how many years ago!) and have always been obsessed with blogs so when Substack popped up and it started giving me old school Blogroll vibes, I became hooked and starting hounding all my OG blogger influencers on the roster to join Substack 🤣 So in a way, I guess I’m doing my best to practice what I preach.
